The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the village and close proximity to the Royal Holloway. The host was very helpful and made the check-in and check-out process hassle-free. The hotel was also very clean, which was greatly appreciated.
There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. The entrance hall and staircases were not well-maintained and quite dirty.

Check-in was easy and the apartment was centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the city. The apartment was clean with a TV in the bedroom and sockets with USB ports for charging devices. I also appreciated the doors that opened to the garden, providing fresh air during the day.
The shower needed to be unclogged and the duvet was quite thin, requiring the heating to be on full blast. Additionally, the lack of a small dining table with chairs made eating on our laps tiresome.
